DETEC WARRANTS THE PRODUCTS BY THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS

  • Products are broken, cracked, deformed during use after being permanently restrained to the patient without falling into the disclaimer cases listed below.
  • The warranty card is valid and the product is still in the warranty period.

DETEC DISCLAIMES WARRANTY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • The restorations are cracked, broken, adjusted by the dentist, dropped, collided during the process of attaching to the patient's mouth.
  • The restorations are peeling, slipping ... due to improperly attached or insufficiently attached.
  • The patient must remove the prosthesis due to soreness, myelitis or other medical reasons after the mouth is fixed.
  • The restorations are cracked, broken ... due to the patient's fall, accident or misuse such as biting a hard object, opening the beer cap or removing the prosthesis.
  • The warranty card is not valid (not the warranty card issued by DETEC, the warranty card is creased, torn, torn, ... can not identify the information on it).
  • Product has expired warranty.

ORDER & DELIVERY PROCESS

FOR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

Step 1

Please fill out the order form and prepare the RX form to send to the company.

Step 2

For customers in Hanoi city, please contact the company to send staff to take samples. For customers living outside of Hanoi, please send the function form with the order slip through the bus station, then contact the company to inform and the company's delivery staff will come to the bus station to sample. Step 3

FOR FOREIGN CUSTOMERS

Step 1

Please complete the Rx form and send it to the company email. And customers send samples to the company by Express

Step 2

The company will send an order confirmation mail and the specific time of delivery to the customer. At the same time, the company will also send a payment request form to the customer.

Step 3

Once completed, the company will send products via courier services, and send email notifications to customers.
